It took me all day and I haven't finished my 10 page paper but I am caught up. When I get home I will talk to my 10 year old. He and Scott were talking at the Philly auto show. I thought they were talking about the engine since he kept asking for the hood to be open but I do recall him telling Scott that the trunk was really big. They may have been up to something since Feb. I'll try to get something out of him.

There is a lot of talk in the Ford camp as well about a turbo 4 for the mustang.
These things are probably coming in the future in both cars.

The turbo four is driven by the desire to sell the car internationally. In a lot of countries cars are taxed by their displacement, not hp, so a smaller motor with high horsepower costs less to own, even if it is the same hp as a v6.....Not to say that some would not buy it here as well....

Nooooo
Please, not a V4.
V6 Camaros are mocked enough for not being "true" V8 muscles.

I'd better start paying down my debts double-time so they dont laugh at me when I go to get a note for this thing! I was expecting more wait time.

But, hey Im not complaining- a new SS would be a GREAT Christmas gift to myself!!!

Who the crap said anything about a V4? We're talking about an I4. A 260 hp I4 that could easily make 300 for that matter. An I4 that can spank most V6s. Besides, the Camaro has never been primarily a V8 muscle car. The V6 (or I6, depending on year) has always been the high volume seller. So why not have an I4 option that makes this great car available to those with less money or more concerned with mileage? Why not add an I4 option to keep volume up and costs down, meaning lower prices for us and better profits for GM? They have one of the greatest I4s on the market, and it would be a shame to not offer it to put others' I4s to absolute shame. Please bring the TC DI I4 GM!

Is that timer counting backwards towards the reveal correct?

It says there are 16 more hours to go which can't be correct (it 's now almost 00:00 so + 16 is 16:00... 4 PM is the time in EDT not in Greece GMT+2)

That can't be correct...

Nah the timer is wrong. Actually, it 's correct, but it 's wrong lol. It seems like it subtracts from the PC's clock the remaining time in order to reach Monday 4PM but it doesn't take into account that the PC could be in a different time zone. It says I need 14 hours to watch the reveal live; now it 's 0200 local time + 14 hours = tomorrow 1600. Which is correct... if only the reveal was at GMT+2 ^^

Still, this means that I will watch it tomorrow live at 2300 local time, which is very very nice
