Drove it!
In other news, the new brake pads appear to be breaking in nicely. The grab harder and harder as the days go by. No brake noise, and I've already had to stand on them once. Very happy with the OEM pads, glad I didn't go with the Hawks, and I don't think there was a need to looking back now. |

Finally finished the Plastidip job on my console and steering wheel.
I'm not displeased..

The hardest part was getting the door panels off and cutting the inserts free. The only thing I did that I HADN'T read about was using a heat gun to speed up the curing process after each coat. It seemed to help the Plastidipeven itself out and maintain a smoother finish. I will say, it takes a lot more effort to cover a black console with a royal blue color than it did on the lighter dash and door inserts..(I knew it would though) All told, it took about 1 1/2 cans to do it all.

Wheels came in. Paul at Need 4 Speed took care of me. Unfortunately it will be a few weeks before I pull it out of hibernation and install them.
