Sean, I'm sorry to hear you ended up with the same problem I had. I just got my replacement bulb and all is good again with mine. I did have to leave my plugs hanging until the replacement showed up due to the bulb being the part that holds the plug in place. I also noticed the one that was still okay has some brown stuff coming out of it, it looks like flux from when they soldered it together. Flux should be cleaned off after soldering because it is corrosive. It also concerns me that we are having problems with these lights. They are supposed to last the life of the car. One thing though, they were very quick about replacing them. I just think they need to work on the quality of their products.
I also noticed the decrease in my engines output power when I disconnected them, Lol...

Holy cow, congratulations!!! I'm so happy for you two, even though it's gonna suck not having you around any more. Great opportunities are far and few between anymore, it's great to hear things are going so good for you guys. It couldn't happen to a nicer couple!

Troy, I just looked at my LEDS, the three at the front of the LED tower are brownish looking, is this what your talking about? Also I can reorder them so I can get them quicker, and they will credit me back when I send in the bad ones. How long did it take to get yours?

Sean,
It sure sounds like the same thing I found. I'm going to try cleaning mine with electrical contact cleaner so it doesn't turn into a problem. I'll let you know how it turns out. By the way, the brown stuff dripped into the bottom of my lens too. That's gonna be hard to clean out...
It's nice to know they will work with you on an exchange. I didn't think to ask for that. It took about a week for the turn around.

Will,
Boy do I! I still have to contend with them every once in a while. As long as they come through. We sure will miss you dude!

Sam,
It figures, someone else with the same problem.
I've been looking around at all different types of bulb options but it looks like AAC Style is our only option, so far...
If you find anything better please let us know.

So let's do a get together in Sierra Vista. Cars in the Park is worth a drive to see. I'd really like to meet some other owners and check out their mods.

The Arizona All Gens Lost A Friend and Family Member

Take a minute today and say a quick prayer for a fallen All Gen - Ralph Leal. A member for nearly a year, and an avid Camaro guy, Ralph has fought an incredible battle with cancer. Shortly after midnight today Ralph lost the battle - Finally getting the peace he so deserves.

Many of you were able to meet him on the recent Mt. Lemon run, and Will (Armysig) has started a great thread on our community page. Please stop by and post a thought or a prayer here:
http://www.camaro5.com/forums/group....cussionid=1511

and here:
http://www.camaro5.com/forums/group....cussionid=1420

Services will be this Saturday - I will post details hopefully by tomorrow. We will have a huge procession of Camaro's - That's what he wanted. If you think you can make it up, we would love to have you join us. PM me or e-mail me if you think you can make it. I will be posting a thread with the arrangements. My e-mail is ntbastas@msn.com

Thanks
Nick
