DB front lunge: 15,15,20lbs 20,15,12 reps
Bi-lateral Pull Down: 60,60,65 lbs. 20,15,12 reps
Hyper Extentions: 3x10lbs.20,15,12 reps
Cable Low Row 75,75,80 lbs. 17,15,12 reps
Stiff/Romanian Dead Lift: 20,20,25 lbs 20,15,12 reps
Hammer Curls: 15,15,17.5 lbs. 20,15,12 reps
Lying leg raise: 3x40 lbs. 15,12,10 reps
Knee to elbow: 3x20 reps
Wipers: 3x10 reps

Cardio: Elptimill 30 min.

everything still goin great.......just focusing on all the fun waiting for me in 9 days! Can't wait!!

So.... who in this thread is going to the fest??? Just curious!

Looking GREAT Joanne!!!

Good to see everyone is making great progress.

My workouts are going great, already have past my previous best on many lifts. Seems like my muscles are responding very well with size & strength so I am eating extra carbs and proteins this week, to heck with cutting for now, I'm gonna take advantage of this and feed my workouts for this week and see what happens.

Yeah I hear ya, we own our own business too.......but sometimes the need for a long weekend outways everything.....
but in your business I can certainly understand!

Thats why I'm flying and Randys driving the Camaro there....
theres no way our business can be closed for a whole week!
