i dont want them to clean or do anything to my car, leave all the plastic on and let me do it. check the fluid levels and im gonna bounce and never use them again. it hasnt been the best experience by anymeans. oh well what can you do

Hey guys, MY CAR IS IN! I picked her up on Thursday the 12th. I should have posted this earlier, but I've been having too much fun driving her.

A dealer rep called with "good news" on Tuesday. I then politely informed her that her data was antiquated. My car had in fact been offloaded from rail car ETTC802197 at 10:03 that morning, was currently sitting in the rail yard in Mesquite TX waiting for truck pickup, and that I would appreciate it if tehy could do anything to ensure that the pickup happened. She was a little taken back and said "your data is obviously more current than mine."

I got the email confirmation Thursday morning from camarotracking.com that my car had indeed been picked up Wednesday so I calculated that my car was now in fact delivered to the dealer. My sales guy had been off on Wednesday, so I called his cell phone Thursday morning at 8:30 AM, and told him that my car was delivered to the dealer on Wednesday night, it had been prep'ed for delivery (I was guessing on that one) and that I would be in later that day to pick it up. He was totally confused as to why I had this data. He called me back 30 minutes later to reiterate everything I had already told him and said I could come by anytime.

It was killer making it through several hours of meeting on Thursday to finally leave a little early to pick her up.

Since then, I have been driving my car , sleeping or at work ()

I'll post some picks as soon as I have both my camera and some daylight!

Oh, and a HUGE thanks goes out to VIZ and all the people helping with www.camarotracking.com. I could not have been able to track my camaro every step of the way without you! Thanks so much!

That's where they all come in from trains, overseas, or wherever. Mine has been there since Monday, and according to Camaro Tracking, and my dealer it hasn't yet moved. And like it said, it's just over 20 miles to my dealer from there.

I'm attributing it to the fact that at any given moment there are thousands upon thousands of cars in that location, so it probably takes a while to get them in and then out.
That really sucks mine came off of the train yesterday at 1:26pm so I was hoping to see it Monday as they don't transport on Saturday.

Woo Hoo I finally got my car yesterday. It wasn't scheduled to be trucked from the rail yard until Monday, but my dealership being the awesome guys they are arranged for private transport so I could have it for the weekend. It is probably the coolest car I have ever owned or driven.
