I'm not sold on putting a SUV tire on my Camaro. I've heard a lot of people like them though.

It's a summer only tire and doesn't look like it's worth a dime in the rain to me. Also the roads are different here in GA compared to MI, there doesn't seem to be as much crown to them so I want a tire that can take the water on the road and I know the DWS can.

They are very much a summer tire. You get like 6 or 7/32 to start with so I'm not sure if I'd recommend them for daily use. Mine won't be dailyed much longer. But as far as rain, they do well for a summer performance tires.

That $1044 is also not going to last him as long as our DWS' are going to last us.

So they may be around the same price but you'll replace those a lot quicker than you will the continentals.

edit: I posted this before seeing blakes ^^^ post. So yeah...what he and I said lol

Ive had the pzeros, nittos and vreds and vreds has outperformed all three. I just oredered a set for my viper. I know several high hp cars running vreds and they all love them. Ive had zero issues in rain with them. Hopefully ill have my cursed car back from Josh so I can enjoy my tires.

Taking him a minute cause he has to reverse all of HPS' shit. Literal shit. It'll be worth the wait I'm sure!

Shit more like two years. Ive had my car a total of three months since 2012. Its been one hell of a dog and pony show. Ive actually had more issues now with his crappy clutch install and the driveshaft shop shafts having issues. Its a doggone shame I havent had more opportunities to enjoy the car. On another note im having fun doing the z06 and starting modding the viper. To those of you that have never had one it is one amazing race car. I cant wait to see what we have in store for that monster.
