UPDATE:
 Details so far . . . . FRIDAY September 21st (A)meet at Duty Free Shop (1000 islands bridge) at 10:00am leave at 10:30am (B)Arrive at Sylvan Beach for lunch around 1pm Leave at 2pm (C)Arrive at Comfort Suites around 5:30pm We should be able to see the Air Balloons in the sky when we arrive SATURDAY September 22nd (A)breakfast at hotel at 7:30am leave hotel at 8:30am (B)arrive at Doug's Fish Fry for lunch around 12:00noon leave Doug's at 1:00pm (C)(D)arrive at HAZLITT and BAGLEYS Wine Tours around 2pm (E)leave Winery's and arrive at Watkins Glen around 4pm leave Watkins Glen around 6 or 6:30pm (F)arrive at Days Inn around 8pm DINNER ? Hotel or somewhere close by ??? SUNDAY September 23rd breakfast (8:30am) visit Waterloo Outlet Mall (10am) shopping, lunch at(12noon) DINOSAUR BAR-B-QUE or QUAKER STEAK & LUBE and then head for home |

Where's B'RAD???
Tim wants to know if you want to do Watkins Glen laps with him??? He promises to use the brakes but only when absolutely necessary. Oh, and he's been to road course driving school! He's an expert  Don't worry, no "chubby rubs" required for each of the shiny Camaros either!

Something else that we might consider is the Watkins Glen State Park. Not sure if we'll be in the true fall colours window but any hike where you go around, over and under 19 waterfalls in one mile is beautiful anytime.
Karen and I did part of this on the Sunday morning of the Six Hours of the Glen weekend. It's a moderate effort hike on beautifully made stone stairs, walkways, tunnels and bridges inside the gorge. Beautiful pictures
 But I foresee some issues: 1. TPower only comprehends "motor speed parks"....yes, comprehend will likely be his word of the day (he may start to hide my iPad now)2. The track in this park looks a little narrow for DBLCHBY...& he's already been a victim this past weekend  3. I am fairly certain Leeeder's car will cause the waterfalls to reverse direction in fear of the rumbling echoes  4. If the leaves have started changing color, Hiney1 & B-RAD will be camouflaged and may end up being driven into (no aqua blue behind any shade of yellow please...I understand the passenger side brake has yet to be a standard Camaro option)  5. It would mean I would have to wear something other then flip flops on my feet  And lastly, 6. If anyone is hungover, fresh air only makes you feel better & you will forget that great party! (a little professional advice...completely free, of course)

 OK Diane and I are in for Friday!! We are booked at the Comfort Suites, but they had limited rooms so we had to upgrade... but we got the “Presidential Suite"!!  It will be an early (late) Birthday present for Diane!!  Since we are in North Western Vermont, we will be coming down I-87. Let me know if anyone is coming down from Montreal that way and we will work on meeting up!
