True.....he was on coil overs so it could have hurt his 60 ft. Seem like his damping was very stiff

Well,then again.....the charger out powers the l99, but the l99 has a vicious 1st gear and weigh a little less

fast forward to 1:47, you can see me and the Camaro SS line up together. It's friends 440 whp heads/cam 300C that did 12 flat at 113 in 1/4 mile on motor and 11.3 @ 122 on 100 shot. He was at TX2K13 ![]() As you can see we both avoided waterbox as best we could ![]() There was a turbocharged FRONT WHEEL DRIVE 5.3 Impala at the track! I can't think of a worse car to turbo, he ran 14's and has no traction and trapped 102-103... He normally runs 10 psi, but was running 5 psi because of turbo issues. He spent $5400 on it. Waste of money, don't do it guys! |

There was a turbocharged FRONT WHEEL DRIVE 5.3 Impala at the track! I can't think of a worse car to turbo, he ran 14's and has no traction and trapped 102-103... He normally runs 10 psi, but was running 5 psi because of turbo issues. He spent $5400 on it. Waste of money, don't do it guys!
I can think of one, when I supercharged my scion tc....the biggest waste of money to only achieve a 15.2 quarter mile on 3lbs of boost

So I got to reading this thread and at about page five I had an epiphany. Here is the result:
Seriously, no hate for my Nissan brethren. But you post in a Camaro forum, this what you get. Speaking of Nissan, I can GUARANTEE you I own and currently drive the world's fastest 2000 Nissan Frontier KA24DE with an automatic transmission, fiberglass camper shell, and 304,000 on the odometer. I pull on college girls driving Sentras all day long son!!! |
