People actually laugh at me for using signals, driving in the middle lane instead of the fast lane, and driving at 80 in a 80 zone.

Being diverse definitely helps. I was in the south most of the time and the new laws that are in Beirut haven't been enforced much down there nor are there any signals or signs but then again, who looks at those anyways.

lol. I left in 03 and went back in 2012. Nobody seems to follow any traffic laws there. Lol.
