I think a lot of people will probably be very upset. I would imagine the pitch forks and torches will come out. And they will lose a potential sale from me.

I was thinking last night about the ZL1 Pace Car from last year that we really never knew what the color was called....could that be "Old Blue Eyes".....it seems too dark to be called that name....but who knows.

I love it just the same !

The ZL1 pace car sports a new blue color (seemingly slightly darker than the Kinetic Blue which debuted recently on the Special Edition Hot Wheels Camaro?) and new polished 10 spoke wheels.

Yes I love that color as well...very similar to ABM in the sun, but without the teal in the cloudy conditions...it would be the perfect color to me and I do love my ABM.

I always just figured this was Kinetic Blue like on the Hotwheels edition....they are VERY similar. Can't really see much of a difference. The caption says it looks a tad darker, but honestly there is NO WAY to determine that from a picture alone. Heck...look at all the different shots of Kinetic Blue or ABM....because of the metallic nature the color hue can appear very different.

I agree....I thought it was Kinetic Blue too, but some moderator on here messaged FBodyfather (Scott) and confirmed it wasn't any color that we knew....so the mystery continued...lol

I might be wrong about it being this color at all...but it just popped into my head that we never did hear anything else about it.

Shouldn't be long until we at least see the 2015 order guide....Then we will know it's official that a new blue is coming.
