Typical of GM lately. Here, go ahead and order these vehicles and we'll tell you how much they cost later. I can't imagine being a customer ordering one this week with no clue what the cost is.

Pehaps with this inflation business and what-not they may want to wait as long as possible to put up a price. What may seem high now, might be a bargain for the customer and a loser for the manufacturer a year later.

To that end, once they do announce pricing, are they bound to that for the whole model year, or can they change the price as the year goes on? Just curious.

They can and do update and raise prices regularly throughout the model year. Sold orders are price protected and an increase wouldn't affect them.

If my order is still at Status 1100, while other Coloradofans forum users are hitting Status 2000 already, does that indicate my dealer didn't get an allocation? Do allocations get staggered out? Not sure if I should be worried...

I am currently vehicle-less with the Camaro stored for the winter, and am bumming rides when needed.

I wouldn't count on getting anything in a reasonable timeframe right now or near future.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ More time to prepare a down payment and overcome any unexpectedly high increase in MSRP.

I have pricing.

PM me your builds and I can give you a rough estimate.

It's not as bad as we were expecting honestly.

A 2022 2WD crew cab WT is $29,530 base. No way the new one comes in at or below that.

My guess is,

WT:$31,995
LT:$35,595
Trail Boss: $40,995
Z71:$43,995
ZR2: $49,995
I was a little off.

WT:$30,695 2WD/$33,995 4WD
LT:$33,095 2WD/$36,395 4WD
Trail Boss: $38,495
Z71:$41,395
ZR2: $48,295

Comparing the two trucks it seems Canyon is definitely a better deal.

I wouldn't say that. $57k for the AT4X vs a comparably equipped ZR2 at $51,730 is a big gap.

On the lower end it is. Spec-ing out a Canyon Elevation vs a Colorado LT and Canyon wins out with the standard 2.7T HO and factory lift.

Is that including destination? I'm assuming so since everything ends with a 95.
