Glad your feeling better Walt - body mods are for cars, not people... well actually I guess that isn't true is it... oh well, anyway, I'm glad you're OK and hope the recovery is quick and easy.

Thank you all for the good wishes.
Just got back from post-op appt. and everything
is coming along just fine.
For those who don't know, I had a TURP procedure,
which is nothing more than roto-rooting of the prostate.
Urinary and prostate problems are something that no one
ever talked about before and that has to change.
If I was to ever give you guys any advice it would be to see
a doctor at the first sign of a problem. DO NOT, and I'm lucky I
didn't, put it off for any reason. Over 50% of men in their 60s and as many as 90% in their 70s or older have symptoms of an enlarged prostate (BPH).
You are not too young to talk to your doctor about your prostate.
DO IT!!!!!!!!!!
I am very grateful for my Camaro5 friends.
Walt

I'm glad your doing well my friend, I can't wait to see you in my my rear view mirror next summer. Jk

But honestly you speak the truth about never being to young to ask your doctors question. After my sister died 3 years ago sep 7th, I ask my doctor all types of questions about everything and anything that pertains to me and being healthy.

She was 34 and left behind a 1yr old, 7 yr old, and 11.

It's been to long bro. Hope you can get out with us a lot this year. We have a lot of new members. Would be nice if you could make a run up with mark this summer for a meet at our Thursday night beach get together.

Thanks again for all the good wishes everybody.

Ron, I know it is kind of late but I'm real sorry about your sister. Get your checkups regularly.

Chris, I'm always up for the GEM. I need to get some puzzles to Patti.

Don't forget about the "bowling and dinner" thread. Let's all get together for some laughs after the holidays.

Thanks again for thinking of me.

Glad your doing well. With all the advancements in medicine, we all need to get checked on a regular basis, because early detection is key.

Yes on puzzles, I just finished a small one (500 piece) I started on Sat. Spike and Karen gave me one they nearly completed, but couldn't get the last 30 pieces to fit. I don't know, think a hammer would have gotten the job done... But I'll get it together... Take care and feel better soon.
