reading this thread made me go get my keys and click it a few times reminding myself how damn addicting it is ......not looking forward to the day when i press that shiny button and nothing happens :( but i can only blame myself for the abuse

back in '01.bought a vw eurovan,and had a similar key...believe the germans had this first,but that doesn't surprise me!..the key i had looked and acted more like a "spring-loaded" "weapon" than a regular auto key!..just sayin!

Just don't do it while its in your pocket.......might cut off something important

I kept my spare set in a kitchen drawer that we use alot. The remote came apart and the spring popped out. It is a mystery still how to set it back in working order....
