I just noticed on Chevy.com that they had a brochure you could download for the ZL1 but i keep getting error when I try to open it, anyone looked at this yet.

I totally agree & support your decision to not purchase from them if they get stupid with markups, but my understanding was that this is a list for those who are definitely buying and you sounded "iffy" so that's why I didn't add you - yet. When you're for sure buying a ZL1 and have an allocation, post it up & you'll be on the list.

I would recommend that you get on the internet and start calling dealers in every decent sized town within 500 miles, or even more and ask if they have an allocation and will sell at MSRP. It only costs $200-500 to get your car courtesy delivered from anywhere - if the dealership agrees to send it to you. I'd rather pay that than ADM.

Been reading here a while. You all have helped to educate myself and my Dealer lol.

My order is in, allocation #2 of 9. (Second largest dealer on the US)

CF5, GAP, RTQ, S0O, VRB, VYW, WBP, tried to order B92 and DSW, but they still are not on the order form as of 10AM CST.

Oh yeah $5,000 deposit, $5,000 over MSRP.

I ordered mine today but we did not see the carbon fiber hood insert as a choice. Should it have been an option to choose? It was not an option to chose when ordering. I also noticed in the dealers system if you use the quick order part you see a carbon fiber stripe option along with the flat black stripe option but it is not listed in the normal bench order part as an option. Strange.........

I went today and secured my new ZL1 at MSRP from the great Maroone Chevrolet (Mike Henderson and John Delisa) great help and assistance. They were very helpful and I have finally found the right Chevy Dealer to deal with,,,thanks guys.

-D52 Spoiler rear, unique
-6spd man
-Black 10 spoke forged aluminum wheels
-rear vision package.

I asked about the Carbon Fiber insert and was told that the carbon fiber insert was standard,,,,,I need some assist on this, it sounds backwards or I am messed up. At no time while we were looking through all of the options did I see anything about exposed carbon fiber insert. This is very important to me because I do not want the flat black thing they show in the pictures. Any help out there? Waiting on order number now.

I see allot of MSRP agreements, what is the MSRP on one of these going to be? If its 55K or lower I will search the earth for one.
