when u did the front bumper, did you take the whole front clip off, or tape it off. I really want to do the bumper, I always liked the look and looking at doing it.

I don't see why not. Try it. Don't like it? Peel it off.

Shake the can frequently, keep the can warm (applying in cool/cold weather can cause globs), keep the nozzle clean, and apply from a consistent distance.

Experiment on something, spraying from 6-8" away, then a foot or so away, and see the difference in texture. In between coats, turn the can upside down and clear the nozzle by spraying until just propellant (no dip) comes out.

Make sure the surface is clean. I wiped all the parts down with alchohol and only handled them at areas that wouldn't be sprayed so the oil from my fingers wouldn't contaminate the surface.

Since the rattle cans are definitely position-sensitive, it might matter. Keeping the can upright may help.

Every time I wash the car I spray the wheels with the "power" setting to get any dirt off. I don't take it to a car wash so I don't know how it will hold up in there... They still look great after 6 or 7 months!

Same here. I dipped my wheels a while back and they still look great.
