I can't get anyone here in San Antonio to even touch this thing.

Took it to 3 body shops (1 is a GM dealer) and they said it's not worth the risk or time involved.

This is very disappointing. Not sure if mine has some sort of defect, but they all say that with all the fabricating they're going to have to do to make it fit, it wont look as smooth as the ZL1 conversion or even the stock fascia alone.

Any ideas here??

I had the same type of problem in North East Texas. Finally found a shop willing to do it and they have had nothing but trouble out of the bumper. Tons of pinholes.

Yeah my paint guy said it wasn't worth the trouble.

I'm sorely disappointed ... he's the 3rd person to turn me down. Mine has an air bubble in it too. Paint guy said it's in between the layers of the molding or something like that. He won't be able to touch it up or cover it.

Yup mine looks the same as far as the body itself goes

Just gotta find a shop that will take this on, they're all iffy about the creases in the body and if it will sit right.

I thought it was supposed to bend back to the proper shape once it was out of the box ... does not look like that's the case...

I think it looks that way because of the device supprting it for painting

Shoot me a PM again with your info. Thanks!

Just emailed you. Do not take it to a dealership or collision center. See post #178.

It does look like that because of the stand that they were using to spray it. It will go back into shape once the grilles and everything else is in place.

This is for everyone who purchased or will be purchasing an Aggressor urethane bumper. As stated in our return policy:
We HIGHLY recommend that a professional body shop with custom body kit experience perform the installation. Collision repair shops and/or dealerships are not recommended for installation of body kits as labor time and procedures differ vastly from OEM vehicle parts. We are not responsible for installation errors.

Also be sure that whatever shop you take the bumper to has worked on and has experience with urethane.

Looks like a wet noodle.... I'd be concerned, anxious to see install pics.

Wasn't the body shop supposed to remove the supports prior to paint? Now you'll have bare spots to touch up.

Had plans to take the bumper to 3 shops today for estimates, woke up to thunderstorms and rain! Storm season in Texas Hoping for Friday or Monday based on my work schedule.

No need for concern. All the Aggressor bumpers on our website and Facebook page looked the same way before they were installed. It's a combination of the stand they were painting on and the heat from the paint booth.

Any further installation updates from anyone that's gotten the bumper yet?
Still waiting in mine
