I pay the $1200 premium & get automatic everytime. I'm lazy & don't have time to switch gears & deal with clutches n crap... I could use my energy & time on other things while driving, like texting.

I have a V6 Camaro, and what I have noticed is most of the people who have shitty things to say drive some front-wheel drive econo-shitbox (e.g., Hyundai, Geo, etc.). The V8 owners I have interacted with are mostly very respectful and humble. So I think talk like that comes from jealousy because they drive a big piece of crap, dreaming of a V8 muscle/pony car.

Saw two 6's blow by me today (at different intervals) while I was cruising on I-10 and I-15, and they looked and sounded great. Both had custom exhausts. Sounded a heck of a lot better than some of the modded 370z's I often see roll by during my commute. I totally dig the Camaro V6. Yeah, an 8 is an 8 and will always be on another level... but no hate at all from this one on 6's.

Dude, don't be disappointed in what you've got. Its a dream car to many. Make your car yours and forget about what others think about it.
