Haha, it's cool Vettes. I will be in the CR area Saturday but I will be with my girlfriend that I haven't seen since February. I doubt she will want to cruise cause she will have just finished driving back from Rhode Island.

I made it out to the Gathering at the Grounds again last night. There were more cars this week as well as more 5th Gen Camaros. I talked to a few of the owners, a few I couldn't find. I took pictures and will get them uploaded soon. I have lots to do today; install new exhaust and shoot some pictures and video of them. So once that is done I will be an uploading master. Lol.

not really any grass to park in. i have been to it both years its busy, but the friday night thing at the mall down here is busier.

I see that there is a car show tomorrow in Des Moines put on by the Concrete Cruizers. Has anyone ever been to that?

Hey all, if you didn't make it out to the show at Rydell in Waterloo you really missed out on a good day. Although it was cloudy most of the day it was nice and kept the temps moderate. I had the opportunity of meeting a couple other members on here; Intimidater and I don't think I ever caught the other guys forum name but I know his first name so I guess that counts. There was a decent turn out and lots of nice/interesting cars. It was great to finally meet some more members in person. I definitely look forward to seeing more members at future shows. Anyway here are some pictures from the day.

Had a BLAST at the Rydell show today!!!

Camaro5.com was represented well by Jason, Jim, and myself.

Even have a possible new recruit in Ted who owns the Synergy Green one that was in the showroom I almost bought while I was waiting on ground effects for Domino last fall. We told him all about the forum.

The pic is of us and the wind was freaking terrible so excuse the bozo hair on me. LOL

Welcome 2Wicked to Camaro5. It was nice meeting you and glad you joined the Camaro5 club. You will need to post an announcement on the main discussion page and I'm sure SirNuke will come along and give you a proper welcome. As for tomorrow I plan on going down again. I usually get there right at or just before 6. I think I will park up near the grand stands this week again, I got bombed by bird $hit last week. I hope to see more Camaro5 members there. On another note, I got tagged by the speed cameras in Cedar Rapids a couple of weeks ago. I received my "Notice of Violation" in the mail today. I wasn't aware they had finally installed the northbound cameras at the H Ave. exit. Oh well, I know they are there now. Haha.
