Hey Kurt, what types of race tracks do you race on?

Sadly, I haven't raced in a LONG time.
Mostly parking lots (AutoX) and drag strips (KilKare, EdgeWater). Best experiences: Drag racing: My 1970 Comet with a 427 Chevy. TH400 with trans brake and 4k stall. Ran low 11s - really not all that fast - but a LOT of fun. AutoX: Lotus Elise on a Lotus demo day in Cleveland about 5 years ago. They set up a little AutoX course and pulled a few Elise's off a tractor trailer for a few invited guests to drive. That thing is SICK in the curves. So low and sticky - WOW. If I buy a Camaro (or whatever sporty car), I'll definitely take it on Driver Education days with the Central Ohio BMW Car Club at Mid Ohio Sports Car Course. You can bring whatever car you wish, as long as it's safe for the track (no 'verts, and a few maintenance issues such as recent brake fluid flush and good pads, proper seatbelts, etc.).
