the t3 bumble bee will be the new z28 for sure. i would rather have the ls9 s/c with forged internals on the ls3, dont care to much about the lsa s/c.

Disclaimer: this is purely my opinion and should not be taken for anything other than my opinion.

This is an intentional release with some teaser facts to generate hoopla, speculation, and rumor. As such everything pictured is carefully planned. It will be released as a 2012 model late 2011 or early 2012. The spoiler has yet to be determined or is being intentionally withheld. It will be the 6.2 LS3 and LS9 rated between 500-550hp/tq. It will have to have less power than the Corvette of course. The parts will mostly consist of in house "off the shelf". This will help keep costs low. And why not if they work. I'd like to see pricing at $55 to $60k. Realistically it will be $60k to $70k. As it will be used as a lure to sell the cheaper LS/SS. They will offer almost all the parts al carte to make your LS/SS go faster/handle better. The suspension/brakes being available for the LS.
What a better way to increase revenue and support your dealer network?(That's a rhetorical question.) Dealer parts have a big margin and dealers will get the install work by offering a factory warranty. Dealerships make their money in the garage. What's better is the customer will be ecstatic to get dealer supported go fast parts.

Jefe's SS, I don't understand it when people when post that the Corvette has to have more hp. Throughout GM's history there have been car's that have had the same or more hp. Heck, in the early '70s you could buy a Chevy wagon with a LS6 454. Buick GNX is another example,
Corvettes will always be faster because they are lighter.
The Camaro will have 556 hp because the CTS-V does. It may even have a few more hp.

No way will it be priced around $60k. They would price themselves out of the market by pricing it that high.
