Okay there are so many pages and pictures here - was there any version done with the classic blue and white stripes? If so can someone pin point a page number

If not, could we get a photoshop done of it please. Thanks

There have been several different shades of blue w/ white stripes. I don't have time to pinpoint page numbers though, your best bet is just to flip through on your own.
