Just keep in mind guys the Brembo calipers are a lil more difficult to paint because we would have to buy the Brembo decals for all 4 and the front and rear decals are different sizes. It can be done but takes a lot more time if your doing it yourself compared to the V6 calipers.

I'll likely find out in a half hour when I get to work. I'm supposed to work the night shift. I'll let you know though. I'll play it by ear. If I can go, what time should we meet there, as the earlier the better to get a spot? That place is notorious for door dongs/scratches from inconsiderate people. I'll see if I can get off even earlier from work some how. Also, PM me your cell number again when you have time. I don't know why it's not in my phone. I'm thinking I saved it under a different name.

Also, this morning I went to the dealership to check out my yellow paint issue. It was happening only on urethane parts and specifically at areas that come to a point and stick out further from the body such as the center of the bumpers, the door handles, etc. The body shop manager checked it out and said that it was unusual but he normally sees that issue with his boat when it's covered. So, he goes "hmmm...do you own a car cover at all". I cover my car and own a really nice custom fit one that snuff the hell out of it. It's also waterproof and UV resistant. I love it, however, the cover HAS to be what caused this issue. He grabbed some really good 3M rubbing compound and used some serious elbow grease, and a lot of time, and woolah.....yellowing is gone. He took a while to do some sections on the car, and I told him I didn't want to take too much of his time, and I'll be happy to finish the rest. That exactly what I did. More than an hour later, my car is yellow free. I'm psyched, because that just saved a lot of time, money, headaches with new paint, etc. I didn't feel comfortable taking my car to the dealer to get the paint job done since it's modded and is more of a "target" since it stands out. It would sit in the sun and be parked close to other vehicles, etc...too much worry for me. So, if I decided to get it done by a different body shop it would have cost me $1500-2000 (out of my pocket too). So, this is a relief for sure.

Soooooo, now where does that leave me? We'll I need another car cover that DOESN'T leave yellowing or marks/scratches, and fits around ground effects, as well as be waterproof. I don't even know if that exist. I love mine, but that's obviously not working.

Any suggestions on covers?

That's interesting. It should be under warranty if it's still new (even a 2010 should be). If his dealer gives him cral, tell him/her to go to rydell chevy in northridge and the body shop manager seemed prepared to paint the parts if the needed to be. The first option was rubbing compound. If you saw how bad mine was, you would have thought it would have never come off, as I thought so too. Bring his car to my house and we'll try some of the rubbing compound on his for a couple panels.

Crap, that makes me worried. :(

I wonder if I should just switch to a new color cover, as well as a different fabric. I'm going to call the company that makes the car cover I have and ask for reimbursement, or money towards another one from a new manufacturer.
