Happy Easter to you and your family Don.

I was messing around with my scanner and just noticed under the transform function, you have to select which AEM model you have. Double check that before you do too much troubleshooting.

Based on the ECM output of the OBDII connection, WB EQ Ratio 1 (SAE) is what HP should see:

Thanks!

So, chatting with Aaron from GPI about the sensor location, he suggested I review a previous log for bank 1 and bank 2 O2 mv avg output, if they are close, then staying in bank 2 is ok. I did just that but looked @ 3 of my previous logs. Avg.’s are so close I’ll leave it for now. Have the other bung and will get it welded in the driver’s side as I may add a second AEM in the future...

LS motors are pretty consistent. If it's that close. I'd use just one, unless your a gadget guy. Lol. (I'm guilty of that too)

Yep they are so close you’d be hard pressed to tell. I’ll get my log setup going and do some driving ;o)...

Thought I'd share a screen shot of HP Tuners with the Wideband setup:

I boxed the AEM Wideband (super easy setup) and then boxed in the O2 mv settings.

Here are the readings just before I shut it off (after 5 minutes of running):

As you can see, the bank 1 and bank 2 (this is during startup - open loop) O2s pretty much stay in line in the first pic, but vary in the second. While crusing and when WOT, the mv for the O2's are pretty much near each other.

Edit: O2 mv avg is 503 mv. You’ll see it in the pic directly above.. ~450 mv is considered stoich if I recall correctly...

Not bad for wideband setup!

40 mile ride tonight, AEM worked flawless and the dual aeroforce gauges didn’t miss a beat. +- 1 Lambda during idle, cruise and light on the throttle... just what I expected. Toyo’s did excellent grip wise, track prep starting this weekend... yeah!
