Curry Chevrolet - Mt. Kisco NY
Had an appointment tomorrow for a tranny and rear diff service. Well i accidentely showed up today and they were able to fit me in. Which is awesome because the closest dealer is like 40 minutes away. Well the whole thing took a little longer than expected but they were busy and they did just fit me in so that's not an issue at all. All in all it was a very positive experience at Curry Chevy. |

You're a patient man Stig. Despite all you've been through recently... a patient man.

Billy Navarre chevy in Lake Charles, La. Purchased three vehicles from them. Every time I have ever been there all the employees are very nice and make sure everything is taken care of. My sales man was top notch made me feel at home answered all my questions and cut me a hell of a deal on all the vehicles. I bought them all from him so he was good enough to earn my repeat business. The service dept was always fast when doing oil changes and warranty work and it was always done right. Plus they send me cookies every year!!! Bruce Lowrie Chevy Fort Worth, Tx Went there to look at the Hotwheels edition camaro but they didn't have one anymore. The salesman talked to me and ran some numbers so we could get an idea of what it would cost me if they could get a dealer trade. I didn't like the numbers so he said I got something else you might be interested in. We left his office and went to the show room floor and there was sitting a black 1LE. We started talking about it and I said let's go look at some numbers well he got it were I wanted and necks to say I drove it home from the show room floor. The service dept guys were very nice and helpful a little slow on my oil change but they were packed so I can't complain since it was free!! Sent from the fast lane! |

Dealership: Hudgens Holiday Chevrolet Cadillac in Williamsburg, Virginia. Awesome place. Great sales and service department. Even bought me lunch once while waiting my wife's equinox which was soaking in fuel system cleaner for 3 hours (engine decarboning). Always get tons of offers to drive the sales rep's demo cars to wherever I may need to go When in for oil changes or tires rotations...although they did try to low ball me on my trade in. They fixed that after I showed them the quote from carmax. .
Stealership: Casey Chevrolet in Newport News, Virginia They would not listen to me at all. I told them I wanted to order my camaro and I wanted a fully loaded 2LT RS. The sales rep proceeded to ignore me completely and showed me a 1LS and 1SS -_- all they wanted was my money. They weren't trying to be nice or helpful or listen. When I finally got the sales rep to realize what I wanted they did give me a pretty good price...about 800 less than Holiday in Williamsburg because Casey is a higher volume dealership. But I did not want to give them my money. I said no thanks and left. Then they called a week later telling me they got some new camaros on the lot and I told them I already bought one from holiday and they said ok and hung up. A week or two later "we have some new camaros for you to look at!" Told them the same thing...two weeks later "are you still interested in buying a camaro?" I said NO!! Then proceeded to take the 35 mile trip down there to show them my car and said STOP CALLING ME! They stopped . Sent from my bragging iPhone using an app that encourages it. |

I was complimenting you wrt the fact that you frequently have to ask people why they had whatever experience with the dealer service dept, and reminding people that the thread is supposed to be about service not sales.
Sounds good. Won't bring it up anymore.

Pinebelt Chevrolet of Lakewood NJ Stealership.
I bought my second Camaro from them and it was A used 2011 2SS. I told them the tires were bald before I bought the car and that they would need to be replaced. They said they would, and they never followed through. They have ignored my calls. They essentially lied to me for a deal. I will never go back to them nor would I recommend any body to them.

Yes I had to take my truck there for some work. I was having a constant mis. I replaced the whole fuel system myself and Damn near the whole ignition system and still had the misfire with no codes or engine light. So I took it there they flashed the pcm and as soon as they did I got a check eng light. Read the code for me and ended up being coil number one. Very nice and helpful guys.

I was supposed to hear from my SA @ Huffines Plano this week about my trim piece replacement but that hasn't happened yet, so I can't give them a rating right now. If I end up having to call him... strike 1.

Lithia Chevrolet, Fairbanks Alaska.
Being that they are the only GM dealer in town it's there way or no way. Takes 3 weeks to get your car in for an appointment regardless of what your problem is. Then once you do wait your three weeks to get your car in, they give you a long list of reasons/excuses why they can't get to your car on the appointment day. Spoke with the service manager and was told that most anything you do to your car will void your power train warranty, change tire size, voided. Change exhaust, voided. Add a CAI, voided. He also mentioned that they have had to send photos of wheel/tires on some cars and that power train warranty's have been voided for simple tire size changes from stock and that they are not allowed to recal speedos to correct for tire size changes. My question is, is this all true or is it Bull Crap? |
