see I disagree - Jameis may be an Idiot off the field (even though I think his shenanigans at FSU were over blown), but he has the Build, the Arm and Football IQ. He has thrown for almost 15,000 yards in 3 1/2 years.
Now if Arians can get his total game together this year, they are both toast. the Bucs need OL & LB help |

Winston is one of those guys just good enough that you can't get rid of him but not good enough to consistently win. Can't get rid of him especially because up to now he wasn't much of a cap hit. Up to now. Now the Bucs have to decide if he's worth $21MM this year and who knows how much to sign him in 2020. Most people think no, but we'll probably see Arians trying to pull off a miracle and get some consistently good play out of him. |

the $20.25 Mil that Jameis will make this coming year will only be the 18th Highest Paid QB in the League. I think he has the ability to be a Top Five QB ( gotta remember Brady, Brees, Rivers, Rodgers are getting Old and will be gone sooner than you think).
Mariotta will make the same $$ and I think Jameis is a lot better. |

now the Bengals HC to me doesn't make sense. Zac Taylor was the Rams QB Coach and and Jared Goof got worse this year vs last year when he had Greg Olson as his Coach.
