'Vette's at the Village is in Sandestin and they are arriving around 9 am for registration. I believe Crusing the Coast is meeting at O'Quigley's on Sunday, so the parking lot should be ours Saturday. We will need to stay tightly bunched up on our cruise though. Destin traffic, even this time, of year can be a headache. The HOG rally is also taking place at the Emerald Grande this week. I believe they are having their big rally/cruise going east on 98 while we are eating.

Anyway, it will be fun having camaros, vettes and harleys admiring each other.

The folks at B&B are cool, but make sure you agree on pricing to start. Its not the install guys, they are top notch...but of course they ownership is trying to make a buck. If you cant get them down on price try to get them to throw in a dyno run or something.

I wouldnt pay more than 900 out the door, they will try to get 1000... Flowmaster kit can be had for ~700-750 and then about 2 hours labor for install.

Sorry for the thread derail. I will be there solo on Sat. I was also wondering how we would stick together in that traffic. We will just have to have some rally locations I suppose. Are we going to park by exterior color for the photo op?

We will need to stay bunched up with several locals mid-pack in case we get seperated to lead the way back to the lead pack. Route is pretty straight forward, just dealing with stop signs and redlights. Planning east on old 98 to 98/Winn Dixie parking lot. Turn around and head west back toward O'Quigley's. Cross 98 and stay on the east side of Destin Commons so we can stage behind the theatre. Take the entire caravan down from the Belk Side to Bass Pro Shop through the middle of Destin Commons. Stage up again on the slip road by Bass Pro Shop and using the access between the redlights head west on 98 two-by-two. We will need a few cars to jump out at the light at Bass Pro to hold up traffic until we all get on the road. Then through Destin to Okaloosa Island, ending at the park on the bay side. Should be able to get some good pictures with the bay in the background.

Mimi was planning on a parking chart for some sort of a design, pumpkin or whatever, but with the numbers we have she hasn't finalized the layout. I still cannot count above 21 without a computer, so I could not help her figure out a pattern. Right now we are "confetti" unless she posts up assigned parking spaces. I think "confetti" sounds better, impromptu come as you are. Having the fire department assist us with some pictures allows everyone to get into one picture. They are the best!

Your table is also being prepped and should be ready in 4 days. It's late, but I am having trouble sitting, laying and sleeping. Oh well, this too shall pass.

I think we are meeting at Pier Park at 9:00 to drive over together!!! Jenifer's Bee posted a while back, so we'll stick with that!!!
