yea it beat the camaro but that car shld have sold 4 more... its a lot more rare and has a lot more historic value..one of 3 in the world? driven by one of the best race car drivers and went for only 25k more than the camaro...

force seemed kinda goofy tho

The Camaro went for more than I thought. And I'm glad to see that Rick Hendrick won the bid. I'm looking forward to seeing how he options it out.

Thanks speedy My dvr cut it off I guess cause it was schedueled to end at 10 any ways thanks I waited all day for that. They Gotta be building that V8 first for him he practicly is GM lol. Thanks again there is hope for our orders YET

What pi**ed me off was the two Speed guys "chatted " thru the entire presentation and you could not understand one word said from the stage.....

Then along comes the Cobra Jet and they "clam up" so 4 DIFFERENT DUDES MAKE GLORIUS speeches before and during the bidding.

ford did a better job of selling the stang, I'm sure G.M. could have done a better job of auctioning if they had the personalities and the number people wearing Camaro tee-shirts. I was a little pi--ed after waiting 4 hours to see the auction and missed the intro. while the camera was on eleanor. Plus the host commentators seemed to be tired and lacked the excitement they had for other cars!

Good points you made. Honestly, I am just thrilled to be able to see the feed, as I live in Scandinavia. Yeah, near the frozen Arctic Circle. In the current horrendous financial crisis environment, I believe that 350k is very
respectable indeed.

If you noticed during the bidding the guy on the mic said that the owner could spec out the car anyway he or she wanted. he said any engine do you think that rick will put the ls9 in her, ls7 maybe?
