I did try to get GM to cancel both orders right after I started this forum. The 1st order was in production that week and they said I had to go thru the dealer to cancel an order. Believe me I tried!

Depends on whether you think the dealership getting a call from GM about an unhappy customer so they cancel her second order but were allowed to keep the first order that used her name.

I wonder what happened to the OP's car because the first Camaro Rod Hatfield actually got in was a Rally Yellow SS, not IBM. I've been back by there a couple of times and haven't seen an IBM car.
