GM had better think long and hard on this one. Cut out the bs about exclusivity and price gouging and come out with an honest to goodness price and package. This game isn't only about them. If the zl1 is so exclusive and hard to reach, then somewhere down the line someone and something will come along that will offer more for the money.
From the look of the link on this thread, that "thing" looks like it has come today. Can't back out now Chevy. Go big or go home!

I would still be very suprised if this car can outperform the ZL1 in any way. Just horsepower doesn't mean a car is faster on the strip or road course.

This GT 500 is all over the Internet and the newspapers. Nary a mention of the ZL1.

Even the diehards will cancel their orders for the ZL1. This car simply cannot compete with the GT.
