It definitely does help against the scratching! I use the foam cannon and then I use my dads blower to dry it off, it for sure helps to keep the swirls to a minimum

I have called it quits with the carbon fiber project. Though, my pieces turned out okay, it is just way too much work and with school starting soon, I won't have the time to dedicate to this project any longer. BUT I do have some more carbon fiber plans in the future, but I'll be going to G3 Composites when the time does come!

Some good news did come in today! My aggressor 2 bumper should be shipping out this week! so, as soon as my Anvil Spoiler comes in, I'll be dropping the Camaro off at the shop!

finally got my grille installed! I absolutely love it! I decided to take the emblems off, I think it adds a much more aggressive look. Here are some before/after pictures

Yeah! What I did was I just drilled out a hole and placed the LED's into it. The hole was small enough so that when I placed the LED in, it stayed in very well (or at least for now it does). I got the lights from gen5diy, and they are the same LEDs used for the dash ABL mod, so that is why they match up so well. They are a bit dimmer than I thought they would be, but since they turn on at night with my door ABL, i'd rather have them dim, than obnoxiously bright

Here are some pictures of the actual LEDs

Sorry for the crappy photos...but then once I had the LEDs in place, I just tapped into the yellow wire connected to the 4 pack gauges, and grounded the black wire. It was pretty easy
