Unfortunately with an install this big there is a chance to miss something small. You will probably hit yourself in the head when you find it.

You may need to talk to IPF directly and one of their engineers, something isn't loaded right on the tune. Did you have any tune prior?

Could you take and send a short video clip of the idle fluctuation to my email for engineering to see. Please send to andy@kpe-products.com

Thanks,

My power steering reservoir mount screw was sticking out too far and running against the belt when I first did it. Gave me a nasty squeak. How bad is your idle?

I still have a slight idle issue even after cleaning my MAF. Doesn't stall at idle anymore but still bounces. Gonna look into it this summer

Im back, lol...

Ipf sent me an updated tune about a month ago and i was finally able to reinstall everything and load the tune...it seems better but still bouncing...it will bounce around, then once it idles down it goes smooth for a minute or so and stays constant, then it starts to bounce again between 500 and 750+ in a consistent pattern...

Here is a video of the idle (tried to do boost/vac too but it was too dark)

http://youtu.be/RpAqqT75CgE

So my question now is if i were to buy a data logging program, would it show me where something was off? Also, what would be a good program to purchase if so?

Thanks!

I replaced the whole tensioner unit last year because it was squeling and that resolved the issue. now I'm having issues with my power steering pump and it's squeling again. buddy checked the belt and it's loose enough you can flip it upside down. you can see the tensioner bounce back and fourth at idle as well

Try a goodyear gatorback belt in that size or see if there is one size smaller that will fit. It was the best belt for the application
