That's about as depressing as sitting through a Human Anatomy Class for 2 hours and 45 minutes with only a 5 minute break........ and on the first day the professor saying you have to study at least 40 hours a week for this class.........

At my University I just graduated from, the Tuition alone was 33K a year, that doesn't include room, board, etc.. So there are kids there that spend $160,000 or more to go to my college and most of the Business majors come out making $50,000 a year or less. Most are in the $36,000 range for Finance & Marketing, they will be spending years paying that back unless they are on good scholarships.

So IMO I wouldn't have gone to this school unless I knew I was going to come out making very good money, and didn't cover most cost through scholarship (By the end I had covered a little over half with scholarships)

Wow, and I thought my school was expensive. 33k in just tuition is insane

It's a private University....that's why. Thankfully I had over 50% of that covered academic scholarships from the get go, finished with paying about less than half of that.

I go to a private university and we pay about 36k but that includes meals, room and board, books, etc.

That is not bad at all! and for the price my Univeristy was great. It's Business program ranked top 30 in the nation.

I went there and graduated with a specific major as my University is one of the best ones offering it.

We pay around 42k here in California for private school tuition too..not including room board or books.. Making myself think law school sounds less palatable considering the loans...
