Sure does. Look alot better than the stock V6 piece, although the V8 lower grille still works IMO.

Just put mine in today. Took about 2 leisurely hours. I started with not removing the tires/wheels but ended up doing so. It was much easier with them out of the way. That allowed me to completely take out the fenderwell liners. I know the car is dirty and I know there are bugs in the air filter... It is supposed to rain today so I will wash it tomorrow and I will pick the bugs out too. I promise. I did this by myself except putting the fascia back in place. My wife helped me all of 5 seconds. One more thing, the GM instructions say the bottom two bolts on the fascia are 13mm, they are 10mm.

It's really light, I did it by myself, just make sure you have a blanket or something soft to lay it on while you exchange the grills so you don't scratch it.

Another sucessful Heritage Grille Install!!

Thanks to Garys Customz for the match painted Grille with emblem installed! ...And want to especially thank the post by Blake B (9-25-10) who had incredible pics with embedded instructions.... I was going to take this to my perf shop for install until I read his thread. It took 3 hrs total (I took a break to have dinner in the middle)... grille fit perfectly!

The mod is easy with very few tools required. This is my grille painted IOM with a CGM paint to match the stripes. Hope this give you another look at painting all of the grille. I also had the bottom one painted CGM.

Does this grille go on top of the stock center grille? I am looking to have this installed, and my dealer's shop is telling me that this goes on top of the stock center grille, which doesn't make sense to me.
