Items taken off my original order due to being on constraint:

Engine cover in exterior color.......... I've seen them so I know they exsist.
Hurst Shifter .......... Almost as common as a Unicorn
Spoiler................. Best prank ever by GM.
LMAO!!!

And THIS folks, is the absolute 100% TRUTH.

Spoiler AND the Hurst...a joke. Sorry GM. I love ya guys, but this is ridiculous.

I was lucky enough to fall into one of the ZL spoilers. Picking it up this week, will have it on the car in the spring.

Thanks man, I appreciate the compliments. I actually made them. Right now I only use them at shows but am considering epxoying them onto a set of GTS covers to that I can drive with them on.

HOw did you just fall into one of the ZL spoilers. I have contacted those guys several times and tried to talk them out of one and they said you have to buy the packaged deal to get it. They would not sale the spoiler seperately. If you can get another one let me know.

I got mine yesterday, thank you. Now I just have to install. Looked over the instructions last night. I plan on doing it myself, but a little nervous about drilling holes in my car. I hope the template fits properly.

Any tips from anybody that has installed thiers already??

Measure 100x, drill once! Those bolts in the upper corners are a pain. I had to get in my trunk with the seats down to get good leverage. I left all the tape on the side fins and got the nuts hand tightened. Closed the trunk and removed the tape covers to align with the trunk, then tightened the nuts again with a wrench once they were in place. Pretty straight forward.

I agree thats a ugly spoiler and a really bad attempt to copy the blade spoiler I wouldn't put that abomination on my car. Just cause they stopped selling them now for a while so they have enough for the production models well....thats just smart business. And for everyone not liking the 3rd brake light Im sure the good people at AAC can make better light for it like their LED side marker lights one thats paintable to match and hardly noticeable till it lights up.

That is actually probably identical to the original design we saw on the Dale Jr. Car, if you go back and look at it, it looks exactly the same, which is what most people wanted in the beginning. I prefer the side pieces on the new design personally but the center piece on the original was the best without the brake light. But I agree if they can get enough orders I am sure AAC can do something about it.

why not just order the spoiler, and if you don't like the light just have a shop fill it in...
I personal need the 3rd brake light to make my car legal to pass inspection here.. so it worked out for me with the third brake light..( I tinted over the one in the window, and since you cant see it anymore it has been disconnected.)
