I was hoping for an independent source. Does anyone know if a 3rd party or Camaro5 member has done any dyno testing with the Flowmaster?

I like the sound of the Flowmaster AT system, but am afraid of the inconsistant complaints about drone around 2K RPM while cruising. I like the MRT Ver2.0 sound also, but am a little disappointed by the potential performance gain.

Oh decisions, decisions.

Same here... only 10 years married though. Child supoprt and paying for the house and bills myself is pretty tight. But I'm making it. Plus I've been able to enjoy my pool a lot more.

The market sucks right now so I have to maintain it but 4 beds, 2.5 baths, oversized 2car, din/fam/kit/laund/liv/21x19 deck and 12x12 patio w/hot tub all sitting on an acre is too much for one man or income.

Anyway, it is what it is and pimping ain't easy!

what you just said...made your decision for you...INCONSISTENT drone claims and you are disappointed by the MRT v2 gain....so get the flowmaster and stop you cannot listen to someone else whos taste is different...my AT kit does not drone at cruising RPMs...i did do some investigation into the drone claims this weekend and the only time it ever droned was if i was 1500 RPM in 3rd gear....(talk about creeping along)

I just got the AT installed and I get drone from about 1600-2000. I also have an Airaid CAI. My ATs are brand new so maybe this will dissipate.

I am getting a tinny sound around 3k plus RPMs. Anyone else get this? You may need to be outside the car to hear it or have the windows down.
