Mods will come soon, probably start with exhaust and intake then have Vector Motor Sports give me a tune to compliment those upgrades. Thanks for the help PQ!

It was hot so I had the A/C on for the wife's comfort, taking off (LS3) felt smoother, did not feel the hesitation that I have felt before like it starts to fall on it's face then takes off. Drove it to work this morning with A/C off, did not have an opportunity to get on it too much to or from work, but it felt smoother all the way around. I did not do any 0-60 times so I can't use that as a measure, but I check mileage when I fill up (why I don't know) so I can compare that. At this point, my vote is for "yes it makes a difference"!
Good to hear. At least we know that we always have an option should we get bad fuel or low octane.

So, with the LS3, is the negative battery cable disconnect needed as well?

It can't hurt. Remember if you disconnect the battery leave the trunk open unless you want to crawl thru the backseat

Did the fuse pull on my new Camaro & it did help a bit. The dealer filled the tank when we bought it but they put regular in it.

Battery disconnect is useless unless you want to do it for 2-3 days. There is a battery backup between the battery and the ECM.

I don't think you need to disconnect the battery for an intake install. I didn't do that with mine.

I've seen it recommended numerous times, that's why I asked.

The computer will learn the intake flow after 30 miles or so. Night need but again pulling the fuses doesn't hurt

Well on that battery disconnect not needed on a LS3 -- My 2010 LS3 was def, down on power and was like i had a v6.. AND DID THE FUSE PULL OVER NIGHT MULTIPLE times with no help. Sooooooooooo i disconected the neg battery terminal for a FEW hour's and then hooked it back up, AND it did the trick !!!!!!! Can only speak from what my car did ... As fuse pull didnt fix issue, but battery disconnect did ??? ....
And after about two weeks of driving, it was back to the - samo samo,,- lack of power that car should have... Got sick of having to do this,.. Was going to investagate this myself, as i think the ls3 is detecting false knock's from our noisey drive train.. but didnt get around to it.. and AS ALWAYS - G.M. does KNOW OF THIS ISSUE BUT FAILS TO ADDRESS IT...And having two 2010 camaro's in a row with issues, i had had enough... SOLD IT, AND GOT A VETTE...
