hey guys. So I just found this thread. I graduated last may with my Masters Degree but unfortunately with the hard work came late nights and fast food. So now that im out and have free time I've been hitting the gym 5times a week. I've started taking preworkout mix and like the energy it gives me, the problem I'm having is after a week or two of using a brand I dont get the same energy i did when I first started. Below is a list of the ones ive tried...
I'm currently back on Bullnox as it seems to do the best. But has anyone had good experience with White Flood?

List of Preworkouts:
N.O. Xplode
C4
Bullnox
Impact

I am...but I'd be lying if I said Crossfit is not humbling. I'll discuss more in about 6 weeks or so.

I like the C4. I only take it once a week. I workout 4x a week. I usually take it on chest day. It's like any other stimulant, take it too much and your tolerance goes up, and you'll need a higher dose. That's not good. The stuff is pretty expensive.

I guess i'll just have to stick to switching up the brands to keep my body from getting bored lol.

anyway a little background to bore you guys, but i'll bullet it for short reading lol...

-Fall 2011 Use to play NCAA DIII Soccer Goalie: 5'10" 170lbs
-Fall 2011 Dislocated Shoulder - began gaining weight
-Spring 2012 Dislocated shoulder again - Soccer Career Over.
-Fall 2012 Back at school and drinking a lot - 195lbs
-Fall 2013 Grad school allnighters and energy drinks - 210lbs
-Spring 2014 Grad School Finished 220lbs

Currently I'm 208lbs but much more muscle than I was before... still on the over weight side but working on it.
I'm thinking its time for a drastic cutting session in order to down to 180lbs

Did 275 for 7 today at 206lbs. Was 202lbs on Saturday. Got a little dehydrated from Friday's heat.

Much appreciated! Now if I could just get the poundages up to where they used to be!

Only thing about your form is try to dial in is keeping your elbows tucked tightly. This is the only thing that I saw that's hit and miss. And your lower body setup is good...legs spread, out in front of you but are you actually driving with your legs?

One of the fastest ways you could increase your bench is lower the weight down faster and push it up faster.

Buy some mini bands and train with them for a while.
