Yeh first time I drove mine to work I had a couple other maintenance guys park on either side of me.......and then I was checking on her every 20 min or so. I really did'nt get much done that day.Of course I left for work that day about 3 hrs early......and how much milk can the fridge hold?!!!

Just wondering if anyone received a zippered or other type of case for their owners manual and associated books/pamphlets.
Mine came in a clear ziplock baggie.
Even my Mazda Tribute had a really nice leather case for the owners manual and other documents.
I think a nice leather pouch/case for the manual with CAMARO on it would have been nice for the return of the CAMARO.

BigJoe - I just got the manuals in a little baggy like you got, nothing special. I think you are right, they could have given us a nice little cover with camaro on it, would have been nice.

Hey all, just checkin' in.

I've got 300 miles on mine and loving it more and more each day. It's killing me to wait 30 days to wax the hood and trunk lid. Painter said to wait that long after painting the stripes.

Any one done an exhaust upgrade on their L99 yet?

Funny that you would mention that because all cars I ever had did come with a nice little pocket type thing for the manuals and would carry the registration and insurance card.. For now all my papers and booklets are just loose in my glove.. I think I might got to office Max and look for something to use.

Gemini - I purchased a California Duster too! That thing is awesome. I had read in a post somewhere that it will scratch your car, so, I was hesitant to buy it. But after reading the thread again, he was on the only one complaining. Everyone else was happy with it. He must have used it to buff his car??? If you use just the slightest touch it really does pick up the dust.

Anyway, well worth the $14 for those who want to keep the dust off between washes.

Cool Okie2 yeah I use mine a lot and its nice. Friday Im taking off work its supposed to be excellent weather again might as well enjoy it. I plan on getting my bowties painted flat black and go pick up a battery tender and some stuff for the gas tank. I know whent the winter really sets in I will not be driving it for a few months. Sad face..

I can't get over how much I am impressed with my car. I love how it handles on the road. It's really a comfortable fit for me and I can picture next summer some nice long drives to the coast.

Have a good day ..

Hi everyone....I have been using a Calif Duster for many, many years. They work great. If it's used for it's intended purpose...dusting...it won't scratch the paint. I've seen some people while dusting use it as a "scrubber" to get spots off....that will scratch. Calif Duster also makes a small one for the interior....dash, etc. that works great as well. I got my windows tinted yesterday....looks great. Next week it goes in for the Pearl Ghost Rally stripes. I hope everyone is enjoying their ride...I know I am!

Oooh I need that one I saw a little brush you can get to clean off the gages and radio. I want something like that because I don't want any scratches on those things. Yes I love my tint as well summer time I will be really happy I did it. Nice on the pearl stripes can't wait to see it. Love every minute but then I post daily and let you all know don't I lol ha ha ha

Hi gemini....if your looking for the Battery Tender Plus..this is the cheapest I've ever seen it plus no shipping and probably not tax as well. You might want to look into it. The battery is in the trunk and not easy to get to but there are terminals under the hood. I posted a video a few pages back on how to get to the battery if you didn't see it. Good Luck and enjoy your day off Friday.

Good information on the dusters. I am going to have to hit some places later today to see if I can get them. That will definitely help. Unfortunately I can't wash it all the time so that would definitely help in between.

The weather is looking good this weekend so I think it will be good to get out and cruise. I am also going to wash my baby real well for the first time. I got my package of zaino products, so she should be shining bright by the time I am done. Can't wait.
