I just called them now. I got their voicemail for reservations and left a message. I will again in a bit though and make sure they know.

What I may do though is when the lady calls me back (if she does) and tell her 30 people as a buffer in case we have extras show up or more than we expected.

Casey Jones finally got back with me. They are expecting us and I told them to expect about 20 cars and about 30 people. I left my name and cgraves name for the group. I told them you may get there early to reserve spots for us and such cgraves. They said that is fine.

There is only a 30% change of rain in Memphis on the 15th and a 0% chance of rain in Nashville that day. We should be fine. It will be in the 60's in Memphis and in the 50's in Nashville which is just about as good of weather as you can ask for in December. Its getting closer and I can not wait.

Here is the final schedule!

9:00 - 10:15 am -- Meet at Empty Kroger parking lot and get to know each other a bit.

10:15 - 11:30 am -- Drive to Casey Jones, meet a few of the others there. (http://caseyjones.com/OldCountryStore/buffetmenu.html)
11:30 am - 1:00 pm -- Eat , behave , and enjoy ourselves
They're lunch doesn't start until 11:00 am and lasts until 3:30 pm. Salad bar opens at 10:30 am. I want to get there as close to 11:30 am as possible so they have plenty of time to prepare food and handle a large amount of people.

1:00 pm - 3:00 pm -- Drive to Nashville to meet MCCC at LP Field.

3:00 - 5:00 pm -- See the sites and cruise with MCCC.

5:00 - 5:30 pm -- Drive to Martin's BBQ.

5:30 - 7:00 pm -- Eat at Martin's BBQ. (http://martinsbbqjoint.com/)

Afterwards we will all head back together and along the way if you need to peel off then do so.

We will stop for gas/breaks/etc together.
