Thanks guys! I appreciate the passion of this site and it's members. I grew up with a 1970 1/2 Camaro (my father bought it the same month I was born.. pissed my mother off as money was tight). I've always loved the Camaro line and am really hoping that this new Camaro is going to look very close to the prototype we all fell in love with.

Um, okay, I get the point about reading first. I feel like a dumb ass (sort of). I am all over Pelican Parts (it's a Porsche forum), so I know how it is when new comers post something that's been answered.

no hard feelings.

let's move on.

Yes, but they look oddly small. It kind of sucks they look small because I plan on downgrading to 19's but whatever.

As far as the taillights, now that is open to discussion. Camero hinted that they were still in development too, perhaps indicating that what we see here may just be placeholders like the front headlights are. Or I might have misunderstood and what we'll get is similar to what we see here, with maybe just a little bit better lens material. What we know is that the lights we see here aren't production because the lights need extra rigorous testing and development. What we don't know is how the production lights we'll get will look in relation to what we see here and the concept. Maybe we'll get halos on the front and LEDs out back. I hope so, but maybe not. And yeah eR1C my post wasn't directed exactly at you, but it seems like a lot of people come here, sign up immediately, and post without looking at one single previously written post. So it gets annoying when the same question is asked and answered on every single page of half the threads here.

GM was the first company to put LED tail lights on cars and now is the first to put LED headlights on. LED tail lights are actually going out of style I think. VW used to make such a huge deal of it's LED tail lights and I just noticed that the new Passat has normal old taillights now. They cost a lot more for very little added value. I don't think they are the future of all cars even if you capitalize the freaking year a lot in your posts. They are just for luxury cars where the price isn't a big deal.

Speaking of headlights, yes yes i know i wont do it, but seriously I hope HID's aren't standard because those are E X P E N S I V E, and something that can be done in the aftermarket.

I do not want any unnecessary added expense. Just give me a fast car that looks good with the necessary updates to keep up to speed with the competitors out there...But make me faster and prettier than them!!

As for the taillights, as long as they light up, I'm fine.
