well some info to make it even easier. MTI gets on here almost every single day and post the people that they have wrote down for that day. MTI from what i have seen looks at this thread and see everyone that has RSVP'ed and then rights their name followed by "your in" so if you need to see if you are in then just scroll down a few post and check for a post by MTI RACING and your name will be there. if you could, you could make an event for everyone to sign up on for everyone that wants to take part in the pre'event get together and drive the day of the Funfest..that would help me and the others that are helping out a ton and let us know how many are willing to meet up an hour or two before Funfest.

I live 5 minutes from the Quintard Mall, there are actually 2 mall areas, one is call the Oxford Exchange and the other is the Quintard Mall. Both have big parking areas. The Oxfoed Exchange is right off I-20 and the Quintard Mall is aboyt 3/4 mile off I-20. There are several hotels in Oxford, most are brand new. Plenty of places to eat.

What time will everyone be meeting at the Mall? The track is about 20 minutes from the mall right down HWY 21, it is a straight shot. I'll do mileage today on my way home from work and let everyone know. Look forward to seeing everyone.

PrimaDonna - The NASCAR track is down the road a few miles from this roadcourse. It is very close. You might get the "farthest distance award" if you can make it.

I must have missed WHERE this is/how to get to it (please excuse me for missing if it if I did)?? I'm in middle GA and also a photographer. I'd love to know if I could have access to anywhere to do photos of some type and also would love to run the course!

I am working on a meetup in the douglasville, Villa Rica area early sunday morning so we can make the group get together at Oxford Exchange. The Track is located about 20 miles into Alabama off I-20.. You wont be able to miss it if when you go down I-20.. Oxford Exchange, there is a Dicks Sporting Goods and other various retailers in there..

OK let do the meeting at the Oxford Exchange then..im assuming that is where the Marriot and all the rest of the Hotels/shopping centers are??? if so that would be great cause thats where alot of members are staying in and around that area..

so would you like to be the local guy i need to sort everything out??? you can lead the whole shabangabang through the town and to the event..i,dont know about the others, would like to ride a good half an hour around with everyone just to show off our numbers..

so please everyone attending the event please try to meet up with us so we can all ride in together..please check out our convoy page so we can know who all will be attending our little drive to the event Sunday morning about an hour before the track opens for us. we are trying to get all 100+ cars attending to join us for a small drive/parade of 2010 camaros attending the Funfest. To show our numbers and our support for MTI for having this event for us.

you definately need to be in our meet/drive as well..we are meeting at the Oxford Exchange as of now and all driving down together..hopefully well get all who is attending to join us. and youll have some great photo ops of all of us driving. would be great..get your camera ready, my car is awesome..LOL..but i guess everyone elses is too..but mine even more so cause its mine.

We're having another planning meeting this Friday to wrap up more details. We are looking at between 5-6 awards. There will be funny awards, and a couple of normal awards, and you'll get to vote on site. I'll get those categories to you end of this week.

awesome sounds like its going to be a blast and an incredible experience..this should be the biggest gathering of camaros ever..im hoping so anyway, that would be awesome. but if there is as many coming as you said and that has posted on this thread its going to be huge

awwe man, you should have booked at that inn directly from them, we had a group deal with them i got a suite for 99 and another room king bed for 79, and i got them for two nights only cost like 250..if anyone else needs a room like i posted before. A member of this forum blocked two hotels off for us, the Marriot and the Fairfield, you must call the hotel directly and tell them you are with Camaro5.com and the promo code is CAMARO5 they will give you rooms from 69 for a king to 99 for a suite like i got for myself..LOL..so check this out before using online pricing sites..it may save you money it may not, but the rooms are saved for you guys to take advantage of..the numbers and links to the sites are on this forum. just to let you know so you guys can do some price comparing. you may get them cheaper than our group discounts.. and from what weve come up with i believe we are all meeting at the Oxford Exchange about an hour before the event starts. so everybody thats attending and can do so should meet us there to drive together from the parking lot of the Oxford Exchange where we will be driving a half hour together through town to the event. thanks guys.
