45 now, probably won't buy one until 2010 or 2011. GM won't want to hear my reason why though I am going to let some of you youngins over-extend yourselves and pick up a low mileage repo or take over payments This plan may change but right now thats my approach. I kinda felt the same way in 98 but only made it to July before trading in my 94 Z on an LS1 ha ha

Im 17 and hopefully will have my v6 rs on my 18th birthday next April, but with canadian pricing, my budget for the v6 with all taxes and options is 42k, the sad thing is i can get 20% of all dodge cars from what i know, so i could probably get a v8 challenger for less, but i will only settle for My Camaro, even if i have to pays thousands more

Meh, I'm sixteen as well. After I turn seventeen i'll probably be getting mine. Between seventeen and eighteen is what I'm shooting for/whenever they start sitting in the lot (lol...)

V8 would be nice, but the V6 is the only real probable option for me due to insurance costs and being a daily driver. Manual is a maybe as of right now, don't know how to drive a stick but i'd love to learn.

51 and planning on a 6-speed manual SS. Still undecided on colors and options, though.

34 Will get the SS fully loaded as soon as it is ready. I am also working the deal between GM and the PD here to get two more Camaros for the Traffic Unit.

I'm 35, was thinking about trying to get one in February at launch, but I think I may wait till the convertible is available. We were 1st in line for my wife's 06 Civic Si and it was an awesome feeling to be first on the block with the new body style etc... but I think I should pay off my 06 Civic Si (yest we bought 2 of them, that's how much we liked them!) before venturing into a new car.

I've never owned a car for more than 2 years and 2 months tho... and February is the 2 year, 2 month anniversary of my Si... so who knows what voodoo magic will happen then...

25 now, Server Engineer in healthcare... soon to be moving to software development. Planned on waiting til Summer of '10 for HUD and kinks to be worked out, but honestly don't know if I can. I'll most likely end up buying a Manual SS w/the LS3 mid-late next summer: HUD is not a deal-breaker and I'm hoping there aren't any big issues w/the first run. My current ride is almost sold, just waiting on buyer to get a loan. Then, it's free and clear to save up for a big downpayment... hoping to have at least 10k to put down, more if I can convince fiancee on how important this is . So, long story short, I'll be either 25, turning 26 or 26, turning 27 when it's time to buy.
