Matter of Opinion

I got chicklets with mine and evidently one of a few thousand which makes the early cars somewhat different. Only Camaro enthusiasts would be aware of this issue. Personally, I'll be leaving them on to preserve the originality. Again, its a matter of personal opinion.

I took the ones of my new sierra. Looks stupid next to the sierra lettering if you ask me. I have them still.

HMMMMMMMMM, maybe I'll sell them for $5,000 in 30 years to someone who wants to clone an early 2010......

Still have ours, just haven't figured out what to do with them yet.
Suggestion, put them on the inside edge of the doors above the latch, they used to put them there back a few years ago... you could only see them when the door was open.

I read the article in a magazine about GM pulling them to "save money" about two weeks after I heard it here. I am a proud chicklet owner @ 42,288.

I say, put all the non-chicklet 'maros into the car crusher.

Now we are talking a limited supply left.

Where are my Chicklets?

I went by my local Dealership today and noticed the 3 Camaros they had have the small GM " Chicklets" under the Camaro on the side of the cars, but mine does not, why is that?

An official announcement was made some time ago that they would stop putting these on all cars. The ones on the lot must be older ones

They are small silver squares with the letters GM on them. My 07 Vette was the first time I saw them and we lovingly called them " Chicklets" for the old candy.

GM has stopped putting them on their cars and are going to focus on brand names... The early Camaros have them, and then at some point, they stopped putting them on. You'll see early cars with chicklets and no back up sensors, cars with backup sensors AND chicklets, and then just back up sensors.

If you do a search, you should find more info if needed.
