Ordered mine on the 13th with the second dealer I went to since the first one said $1,500 non-refundable deposit. As soon as I heard that I said goodbye and mumbled other non repeatable stuff.

I had ordered mine last Thursday and mailed the $1000 deposit Monday.

I received my paperwork in the mail today. YAY! lol

Receipt for my down payment. Car to be sold at MSRP in writing (along with the pricing). As well as the GMWorkbench printout with my 6 digit # (NDNFXX).

I feel so relieved now.

When the time comes, how do we use that number to get info on our car? (When scheduled to be produced, etc.)

Mine's ordered.

2SS with RS package. Silver w/black interior. Manual tranny. Tried to get the polished wheels, but it's still not allowing them to enter that as an option.

Yellow/grey 2SS/RS, L99 auto, dealer painted black SS stripes. The dealership had already posted for there allocation so now they will make the changes to meet my order. MSRP which isn't bad considering the Shelby GT's were going for $30 over when they first came out around here.

Went to the dealer on the 16th set up the order for the Camaro, however, no money down. The dealer put me down as first on his list. Went back the next day and tried to talk him down a bit, no deal. He gave me a copy of the workbench order with a note on it stating "MSRP + 395 Doc fee + 31 Title + tax" and he signed it. Called two days later and changed several items on the order. Went back in today (10-23) and changed the color of the car. He called GM made the changes, printed another copy of the "order Workbench" showing the 6 digit order number and how MY Camaro will be built. The dealer wanted $1,000 dollar deposit, but agreed to $500 instead. I asked which car would be mine off the truck, and he said it would be the first.

1ET37: 2SS, Manual 6 Speed
GAQ: Red Jewel Tintcoat
WRS: RS Exterior Package
VYX: Painted Engine Cover
VYV: Hurst Short Throw Shifter

I wanted the 20" Aluminum Polished Wheels (Q9J), but the computer ordering will not take the wheels if the WRS package had been ordered. I'm hoping this will get changed later. If not, I figured it would be easier to get the wheels some where else than it would be to get the HID lamps, and the body-colored roof ditch molding.

Haha, yeah well If it was up to me it would have been RED. So since they wanted Rally Yellow it's their color.

As you know that is their color theme on most project cars.

Hence the re name
