Here's what he needs to do:
Log into Global Connect
Select Order Workbench
Select Vehicle Order Inquiry
Type Order #
Click on order number when it comes up
The order detail page comes up, scroll to the
bottom and click on View Event History
There is a print button in the top right corner.

Have him call me if he needs further instruction.

My salesman at the dealer swears it is no longer available after the car was marked "sold". Is that true, or are your instructions taking him to a different place and he's really not trying?

That would be my guess. If he doesn't know how to get there, or who to ask
at the dealer to do it for him, you could have a problem. Maybe try asking
the sales manager. There may be one person in the dealerhip who handles
the orders and everyone else keeps hands off. If you could get to that person, you'll get what you're looking for. Good luck. BTW sold order has
nothing to do with it, I can pull my own if I want and I took delivery in Aug.

I just got my order number today NVNWQ1, I am curious about how long has it been taking to go from order placed to actually being shipped to the dealer, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks? A ball park would be cool so I can set reasonable expectations for myself.

If the dealer has allocation and places the order right away, it will probably
be built early April, in which case you'd have it mid April. So to answer your
question 6-8 weeks is very reasonable.
