Thanks Becky, that's what I thought. He's been a great guy, and had a great experience with the dealer - just can't figure out why he's unable to do it. When I picked up the car, he went into some system with me sitting next to him (don't know where) where he has showed me status before - but the car was "gone". He asked one of the business guys, and they agreed that the car "goes away" from that screen when it leaves their inventory. Are there multiple ways to pull up cars - meaning, would there be one screen that it disappears from when sold, but the place you are viewing from allows viewing of sold orders? Sorry for all the questions, just trying to figure out a way to explain to him - I also forwarded your instructions, but I don't think he paid attention to them.
I think the main problem is he doesn't get why i'd want this info, but i'm just a dork, i admit it!!!! I haven't gotten my dealer survey yet, maybe the threat of only 95% satisfied will get him moving - but I don't want to be a jerk.

You might consider waving that "survey" flag in front of him, nicely of course. I'd be happy to walk him through it if you can get him to call me. Good Luck, I know how most people like to have that documentation.
