I think I'm one of the higher miles so far. I am up over 1100 at this point, but have gone for a couple of decent rides since I have had it.

Okie - what size rims are those? I am not sure I am going to get some winter tires or not. Hopefully by then I have a second car to drive in those situations.

Coldpants is the one who posted the pic of the snow tires.

I've read on this site that these are pretty good tires for winter. Not snow tires, but all-season.

I'm thinking about it... but, if it looks like snow or ice, I'll drive the 4x4 Tahoe anyway.

I crossed 1500 miles today.
I'll probably get the oil changed this weekend.

If it looks like snow or ice where I live, the end is near. ;-)

I guess you are definitely ahead of probably all of us. You definitely have been rolling pretty well. I would be higher if I wasn't out of town more, but definitely not to that point.

Woops, sorry about that Okie. Thanks for the response. Those tires are getting pretty good ratings.

Coldpants - what size are those rims? I am guessing 18's, but was curious. Have you put them on your car yet?

What is everybody going to be doing for oil changes? Are you doing it yourself or taking it back to the dealer for the change?

Dealer for me I can't imagine me changing oil ever lol..

I just had mine done at 500 miles so Im good for a while... Im getting my stripes redone. yup they are a little off the mark so they are ordering them in and I found a place to put them on. Im going to add a very small thin line next to the outer small stripe of blackand add a small line of silver and red so as to tie it with my Red RS badge I got. I have to see the design on his computer first but I think it will look really cool.. anyway thats my day not bad for Monday got to drive my car again.. Loving it so much ..

The rims are 18's and they will be on by the end of the week. I will post pics when they are on.

Gemini...I really love the idea of the silver and red stripes. I think it will add so much to the entire look. I will love to see the results. I'm sure we all will. Good Luck!

i'm using my camaro as a daily driver. i drive it to work everyday and it's 160 miles roundtrip. i figure i spent all this money on a car so i might as well take advantage of it, rather than store it for the winter.

Well my factory stripes are a little off center so..... No I can't afford to have them painted would be nice but at this time not possible. So they are ordering me some new flat black rally stripes. I just called the company that I had put on my RS badges and black out chev emblem they will be the ones putting my new stripes for me in a week or two when they get here. I won't have to pay a dime out of pocket warrenty covers it.

Now here is my idea that I will share with you all.. After getting my Chrome and red RS sticker that I put on the side of my car that totally matches the front and back emblem. I am having Jeff do a design of what it will look like if I do what I was thinking and put a very very thin line of flat red to match the RS badges and a super thin line of Silver to match the our silver on the RS badges.. When I get the picture of what it would look like i will share with you all.. Im super excited that my dealer is working with me on this. just hope its not to much Money for my little add on.
