The weather here is so weird. Last weekend it was cold and rainy and barely made it out of the 60s; today it's heading to 90 with severe clear skies, continuing upward through the weekend.

I missed pizza with the local owners last night because of work but still had time to get my car into Freddies to be made SHINY for a Saturday cruise and photo shoot at Red Rock Canyon. Then it is back to town for lunch before it is blistering outside.

What's everyone else have planned for the weekend?

The Friday Moring Happy Dance is Back!!

Good Friday morning all. The plan for the day was to get shock tower covers installed but that may not happen. I have to call the guy to see if he is going in to work after his wife had minor surgery yesterday. AND, my left hand is swollen worse this morning after being bitten by something at work. My boss is in the hospital after multiple bites over a few weeks. She has been on steriods & antibiotics. The building was treated but bites continued. Now she has blood clots. I had 2 bites initially they are healing then on Tuesday noticed this one but no allergic reaction like she has had. I refused to go to the doctor as mine seemed minor. No one knows what is biting us. I may need to get it checked out as the swelling is much worse this AM. Oddly, the swelling seems worse in the evening & improved during the day for the last couple of days. I have never known of any kind of bite doing that. The bite is right on my middle knuckle. Guess I should have it checked out huh? But I HATE being on steriods as I know that is what they will do. Steriods make me so very jittery I can hardly stand it. But I suppose if there is risk to my hand, worth it. We shall see.

Red Rock Canyon is a nice drive, from there I went to Bad Water for a drive one time. Pretty awesome sites out there.

Wow Ruby, ants or spiders? Careful with that! I'm severely alergic to ant bite but you can see and feel those.

I been nailed by something unseen a couple of times, but suspect it was a spider based on the mark. I successfully self treated one such bite on my leg above my knee (muscle, fat, good blood supply) with peroxide, bacitracin and LOTS of Calidryl.

Around a knuckle ar some place where it'skin over bone is tougher to self treat.

Your company needs to bring an exterminator back in.

Well, I was going to watch my favorite TV show last night, but fell asleep on the couch before it even started. That's what I get for reading til 1am the night before, I guess....
Tomorrow, gotta take my stepson's laptop to Geek squad for repair. I have no idea what he did, but hard drive error alerts pop up all over the place as soon as you turn it on. I'm happy it's still under warranty.
Then, a nail appointment, hair appointment, and dinner with Gary and Maggie!
If the weather report is right for Sunday, it's going to be a cruisin' day....
