Hi gemini...it sounds like you want two thin pin stripes, red and silver, around the rally stripes....i think it will look so good, really good. Remember that's something that can be done anytime....you need to save money for gas....its more fun to drive her than to just look at her. I'm sure we're all anxious to see it....it sounds like it will look great...red and silver are perfect for your car.

.. Hey true that I need to save for all winter tires too... oh and gas here I fill up soon as it gets to a quarter tank or half and its mid grade gas so average $27.00 to top it off. That has been every four days lol.. Now with the when winter hits I won't drive her at all.. Hoping by spring I can get the all season tires then I will only use my Pirellis in the summer..

Pics are posted in "my garage" I think you'll find some very interesting ones there. Talked to the paint shop yesterday and it looks like its going to be Monday before I take her in for the Pearl Candy Ghost stripes. He will have it for a week to 10 days. The way the weather's been it's probably a good time. I'll post some more pics when the stripes are on.

Ok Y2K10camaro... How the heck did you get the photo signed from Oshawa???? and the pics of the build of your car?? I wanted that signed photo thing so dang bad your lucky as heck... did you know someone at the plant??

I'm glad you liked them. Nope, don't know anyone there...you're right...lucky. I guess everyone just likes the old man from Tennessee.

My 2000 Camaro was built at the Ste-Therese plant in Canada and I got pics of her the day she was born. There is one in "my garage" of her. There was a big write up in the GM Employee magazine. Not sure how that happened either. Maybe someone at the Oshawa plant remembered me from that article.

I was suprised when the "package" arrived. I had no idea it was coming. It really made it special though.

Hey all,

Just checking in. I've been super busy and haven't had a chance to check in.

My car was dirty for three whole days!

I could only drive at to work and back - no fun time.

It was dark when I went to work, dark when I got home.

I've had no fun this week! But, I did get to wash her tonight - even though it was dark.

I know this thread is dying; still, if you guys do mods, please post pics.
