I think the old one would have done it as we went into the 12.20's with it! Our problem has been in the 60'. I installed a Vector tune for the tranny last week. We made a pass in the car at Bandi (without the Vortech) then installed the tranny tune and picked up .06 in the 60'. Considering we were off over 2.75 seconds in the quarter without the Vortech I'm calculating the improved 60' under boost will be higher and then with the typical multiplication factor on an improved 60' we should break into the 11's.

We will find out tonight, my son is going to run the car in High School class (which has a low ET limit of 11.70)

We got time trials and one round in before they called it. You didn't miss anything. The car is in learning mode again since I drove it for 3 weeks without the vortech. First pass was a lousy 13.04, then 12.95 finally a 12.76 on the brakes, would have been quicker. This is the same crap we went through the first time. It seems to take 3 or 4 races for the car to learn whats going on, gets progressively quicker. Oh well will run again Sunday at the car show in King Street if we can keep under a 12.75! Should keep getting faster.

These numbers are from dragtimes.com DA calculator for Bandimere yesterday. If they are correct, or even near, then that puts me in top 6 on the official and unofficial 1/4 miles list here on this forum, and top two for corrected mph. I'm happy with that.

Nice runs there Mav. Are those on street tires? ..... if so, DRs would really help your already great times. Ask Larry, he loves em.

Well that sucks! Hopefully it's just learning and breaking in the new charger gears. I know the Procharger I used to run said that a break in period was required. Good luck Sunday!

Yep, good old street tires.

I would love to strap a set of DRs on there and hopefully drop into the 1.9-2.0 60' mark. I asked Larry on Facebook what his 60s were, but he never got back to me.
